A new vision for what the Broadmarsh site could look like has been put forward jointly by the Green Party and the Liberal Democrats.
It features a multi-use eco-building, space for small businesses and a large green space.
The site is owned by Nottingham City Council, after former owner Intu went into administration.
The council is currently holding a ‘big conversation’ about what should happen with the currently partially-demolished site, and has said it is open to hearing all options.
Now, in a joint bid, the Green Party and the Liberal Democrats have come forward with their suggestion for what should go there.
