TPE Vent – Aerator Ribbed Flange with cap – h160mm
This Aerator is designed to aid the removal of water vapour that forms between the roof slab and the waterproof roofing felt. Its unique shape and hood ensure continuous aeration across the entire roofing surface.
The base of the aerator flange, which contacts the roof slab, has 16 duct ribs that lift the roofing felt, helping hot air escape from between the roof slab and the waterproofing. The top of the flange is grooved to ensure the roofing felt adheres firmly. The base of the shank has a reinforced curb for complete protection during installation, while the upper section features three lateral portholes and an open top hole for efficient aeration.
The hood has three wings with a dual purpose: they securely anchor the hood to the aerator, even in windy conditions, and act as spacers to maintain the gap between the hood and the shank’s upper lip, increasing the aeration surface.
