TPE Corner / Parapet / Through Wall Outlets With Perforated Flange
Through wall / parapet outlet sleeves made from TPE material for increased performance and higher durability in use with waterproofing systems.
Through wall / parapet outlet sleeves in TPE material designed to protect and waterproof drainage outlets on roofs, balconies and terraces.
Installed in the sandwich method between two layers of waterproofing membrane. They are durable and hard wearing and can tolerate hot melt and heat bonding (but not direct contact with a flame).
Manufactured with a large flange to present around the mouth of the outlet with perforations to allow bituminous and liquid membranes to ooze through to create an over-and-under bond. They can also be mechanically fixed beneath the waterproofing system. Always use a suitable primer before bonding.
Have a rectangular shaped spigot 425mm long to insert into the drainage hole of a parapet or structural wall. Can be used with horizontal or vertical outlets and roof drains.
Two clear design options: a flat flange which presses directly up to the wall or a 45° face which acts as a fillet.
Are used in conjunction with elbow and connectors and extension sections (see accessories section).
They are compatible with APP and SBS bituminous membranes.
They are measured as follows:

A is the diameter of the outlet drainage hole
B is the height of the (recessed) outlet drainage hole from the horizontal level
C is the inner diameter of the shank or outlet pipe at the bottom
D is the length of the pipe or shank
E is the width of the border flap or flange around the underside of the outlet hole
F is the height of the border flap or flange to the left and right, and above the outlet hole
G is the width of the flange or border flap across the face

These TPE corner fittings have a rectangular shaped spigot and a perforated flange for bonding to bituminous and liquid membranes. Manufactured with either a right-angled or 45° angled face to fit the mouth of the drainage outlet.

EPDM Through Wall / Parapet Outlet For Rubber Roofs
Strong, flexible roof outlet sleeves designed to be bonding or mechanically fixed to EPDM and other compatible roofing membranes. Manufactured with either rectangular or rounded spigots.
EPDM through wall outlet covers and sleeves to protect and waterproof drainage outlets and pipes placed close to walls and upstands. Bonded to the waterproofing membrane itself to increase the seal and give a ”double skin” to the waterproofing system at the vulnerable areas.
Now available with square shaped and rounded spigots for use with a variety of drainpipes and outlet sections.
Installed in the sandwich method between two layers of waterproofing membrane. They can be welded, bonded with adhesive or mechanically fixed to compatible rubber membranes using the sandwich technique.
To ensure a proper seal it is recommended that the waterproofing membrane is beneath and above the rubber profile. Always use a suitable primer before bonding.
EPDM outlets are now available in three clear designs:
- The right angled flange unit with a rounded spigot;
- The flat flange unit with a square spigot;
- Outlet with a 45° angled fillet style flange and a square spigot.
They are extremely tough and flexible, resistant to high and low temperatures and can be used on horizontal and vertical drain systems. Are used in conjunction with elbow and connectors and extension sections (see accessories section).
Operating temperature: Minus 20°C to Plus 70°C.

EPDM through wall outlets with a circular spigot, suitable for bituminious or rubber membranes with a smooth flange are designed for mechanical fixing or for using adhesive. Always use a compatible primer on outlet and surface before starting application.

EPDM through-wall outlets are also available for drainage holes in the junctions between the horizontal and vertical plane with a rectangular drainage outlet mouth. Flange is mechanically fixed or sealed with a compatible adhesive.

These outlets are available in two versions, with the mouth of the outflow pipe being either 65 x 100mm, or 100 x 100mm for a greater amount of water flow
