Overview

The client wanted to raise the height of their patio to create a level floor between the house and the outbuilding.

About the project

Universal Extra pedestals were placed on top of the existing patio to create a base for the raised patio. This made laying to new patio easy and enabled the client to raise the patio by approximately 45cm to achieve their desired result.

The garden previously had a step to the grass area and gate.

By increasing the height of the patio, it meant that the patio now flowed seamlessly onto the rest of the garden.

As well as the aesthetically pleasing finish, the client is now easily able to replace cracked or damaged slabs thanks to the new Wallbarn pedestal system they have installed.
